Gayan Prabuddha Gunasinghe
Director / CEO
Mr. Gunasinghe is a Co-Founder and Director of Ehela Holdings. He has been in real estate business for well over 20 years and has experience within all sectors of the industry. A product of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science, he has over 7 years of experience in the state service and over and a further two years in ICT. Mr. Gunasinghe served as a General Manager for a leading real estate company in Sri Lanka before venturing out with Ehela Holdings. The industry is a familiar place for him as he hails from a family engaged in real estate business.
Tharanga Madarasinghe
CFO
Mr Tharanga joined Ehela Holdings as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Ehela, he was Vice President Finance – Head Financial Reporting and Tax of Oman Insurance PSC the largest public listed Insurer in the United Arab Emirates. Tharanga is a Member of both Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA – USA). He is also a Certified Public Accountant by CPA Australia. He has diverse finance and finance transformation experience across various geographies like Colombo, Dubai, Paris and Haryana over 20 years with world’s leading financial services like Zurich, AVIVA, American Int’l Group (AIG) and with Emirates NBD bank, a leading banking group in the Middle East.
Dhanushka E Weeratunga,
Director – Sales
Mr. Weeratunga is the Director of Sales of Ehela Holdings. A career marketing and supply chain management professional, he has over two decades of experience under his belt in top Sri Lankan and global corporations such as Mobitel, Brandix, SLT and Lanka Coco. Mr. Weeratunga carries a wealth of experience and knowledge in areas such as B2B sales and marketing, logistics, shipping and supply chain management, and project management.
Roland De Silva Munasinghe
Consultant
Mr. Munasinghe is a veteran in the legal profession in Sri Lanka. He has a wealth of knowledge in conveyance and property title-related legal matters. During his career, he has performed more than 12,000 conveyances. Mr. Munasinghe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a D.P.M., and a D.B.M., and is an Attorney-at-Law Notary Public, Justice of the Peace. He is the Chairman of Park Hospital and serves on the boards of several top business entities in Sri Lanka and abroad.
Ajith Fernando
Consultant
Mr. Fernando is an expert in the IT sector with a career spanning over 25 years including international exposure at HSBC group (Colombo, Riyadh, Dubai and Vancouver). He was selected to assume duties as Amana Global Projects Manager to manage, develop and implement the Islamic banking system for the whole of HSBC, from which he retired as Vice President. Presently, he is back in Sri Lanka, sharing his knowledge with the local and international corporate sector through consultations.
